We'll be there, step by step, to oversee the total construction of your home, from the very beginning- helping you narrow down and choose potential neighborhoods, helping you choose the perfect home site, walking you through all of what we call the "sticks and bricks" phases of construction, to being there with you at the closing to help you with your closing paperwork and to help celebrate the successful closing of your home as happy home owners!
We are in the communities that we serve on a daily basis, checking on the various building stages and inspections, attending builder walkthroughs and structural and mechanical inspections with you (or in your place, if you cannot attend). We know what construction flaws to look for, understand local building codes, and can assist you in getting any issues that are found resolved with your building supervisor and/or the builder's management team.
We really "get" home finance and understand the tax benefits and potential pitfalls for you of one state or area versus another. We can also help guide you in your estate planning as it relates to mortgages, tax savings, pensions, and the like.
We're also always on the lookout for great, extra-special deals in our communities the we serve- whether that's an inventory home with an unusually great builder special, a re-sale home that just popped up on the market that is an especially good value, or a "quietly held" builder promotion that's really a special steal! We keep our finger on the pulse of what is going on continuously, so you won't have to worry that you are missing any really incredible deals!
